General terms and conditions of sale

All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of the start of the stay, unless otherwise stated.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Arrival policy:

The room is available from 16:00 onwards, except in case of early check-in.

Check-out policy:

The room must be vacated by 12:00 noon, except in case of late check-out (additional charges may apply).
Changeable: Yes

Change policy:
For any modification concerning the number of people, or the dates of stay, please contact us directly, we will try to accommodate you according to our availability.
Cancelable: Yes

Cancellation policy:

No cancellation fee applies before 18:00 (local time), up to 7 days before arrival. After this time, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.

Security deposit:

Booking online will save you between 10% and 20% commission (depending on the platform). For this method of payment, a deposit of 500€ or a pre-authorization is required at the beginning of the stay. Payable by card. The balance of your deposit is refundable at the end of your stay (credit card refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed by your bank).
